It's great to be able to visit a chain restaurant and know that there are options for everyone. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, cilantro, sofritas (a tasty plant-based crumbled tofu seasoned with spices and simmered), grilled onions and peppers, pico de gallo, spicy red salsa, and a generous portion of guacamole. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, cilantro, sofritas (a tasty plant-based crumbled tofu seasoned with spices and simmered), grilled onions and peppers, pico de gallo, spicy red salsa, and a generous portion of guacamole. This dish is absolutely delicious and I've had it twice this week. It's definitely one of the best meals I've had since transitioning to a vegan diet.
