eating was very good. the complementary soup, salat and bruschetta. my friend has cajun pasta, which was not good at all. I have the cannelloni and it was amazing! we went here and thought it would be a more romantic environment, but it was sooo loud in there that I couldn't have a conversation with my friend sitting right next to me. One of Tulsa's secret Italian food treasures. This is a great place for a romantic date. And the food is wonderful. I've tried many different dishes, and all have been great. The lobster/shrimp bisque is a must if you like bisque.
We ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and the tortellini al forna. Both dishes were great. The place was nearly empty for lunch so it was quick and quiet. I will definitely come back to try other dishes. The atmosphere here at the downtown location is great.
This is our second time here and we so appreciate the excellent service!! They treat us right! We love the food. We'll be back next time we're in town.
Had a wonderful meal at Ti Amo downtown saturday night. My linguini pescatore was absolutely fantastic with large gulf shrimp, scallops, chunks of lobster, minced clams and asparagus in a pesto sauce. Highly recommended. My wife had the stuffed canalloni and she raved about it. The restaurant has a pleasantly warm ambiance and a friendly waitstaff. And I love it when a manager takes the time to stop by and make sure everything is to your liking.
Ti Amo Downtown is a near carbon-copy of the original South restaurant. What stands out as different is the physical location, which is even more intimate and romantic, if possible. The entry leads to a staircase down to the underground dining room, where minimal lighting keeps the mood warm and casual. A cozy room of tables and small bar are just what is needed for the space. It is located one block from the BOK Center, making it perfect for event night dinner or drinks. Best Of: Bruschetta - Classic garlic and herbed tomatoes on toasted bread. A complimentary first serving is always delivered upon seating. Try it, even if you do not typically like Bruschetta. Gorgonzola Pizza - Simple and amazing, as an appetizer or light entree. Thin crust with black olives on the cheese. Steaks - Three to four cuts with different preparations are always on the menu, accompanied by Al dente vegetables and pasta. A delicious Italian or Mediterranean version of beef. Ask for the same sauce as your steak on the pasta. Additionally, several preparations of seafood, veal, and chicken are regularly featured.
