Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the pick-up two with half a sandwich and Broccoli-Cochdar soup. my food came with half a sandwich with chips and a cup of chicken nedeal soup. they would not exchange the suppe at all. I hate that I paid extra for some food I didn't order or eat. I never come back.
That was a dirty restaurant. my food was not worth the price. sitting on Sunday at 3 o'clock and the place was almost empty and still sitting was limited because the tables were all dirty? I was uncomfortable and did not enjoy this experience.
I love jason’s deli. I usually go to 61, but this is actually closer to my house. I do not go to this because the search for a parking space can be a challenge on cherry st. also it has the most strange layout of every restaurant in tulsa. eating is good and the personal is always nice, but it doesn't matter that I had to go blocks to get it.
However, I do have a few suggestions for improvement regarding the salad bar: 1. The bacon could be of better quality, as it was quite fatty. 2. It would be great to see more fruit options, like pineapple. 3. Adding a few more varieties of cheese would enhance the selection. If these changes were made, I would definitely rate this restaurant 5 stars!
When I actually called the number they provided, the restaurant had no clue who I was or what their “business owner” might have promised. It was astonishing, really. The manager on duty also had no idea about the catering order that had gone so horribly wrong. I found myself on hold for an eternity, which felt like a ploy to hope I’d give up and hang up. But no, dear reader! I was prepared for this moment. Years of education and working from home set me up perfectly for this, so I kept the phone on hold while I multitasked. Eventually, the manager returned and seemed just as baffled as I was regarding the generic response to my Yelp review. They needed to collect my information so the “other manager” could reach out and rectify the situation. I provided my email, phone number, address, social media handles, and even detailed my carrier pigeon, all to no avail. Days turned into weeks, and finally, months passed. At first, I expected a call the next day, but that never came. Then they became weeks—business weeks that transformed into regular calendar weeks—until we reached the current state of affairs, where it feels like I’ve been completely forgotten. Have we perhaps all overlooked the reality of this situation? Have we peered so long into the void that, like in a Victorian tale, despair may begin to consume us? Dreaming of fairness only breeds disappointment. In short, my experience seems to have been brushed aside with little care. No one at Jason's Deli seems to have given any thought to my situation or attempted to resolve it. Don’t let them mislead you; they have no genuine concern for your dietary needs or their inability to meet them. They’ve taken your money and feel no obligation to do anything further. So consider this a warning: do not waste your hard-earned dollars here if you follow a vegan diet. There are plenty of other places that will take your money and provide you with the vegan meals you desire. Please, have some decency and seek out establishments that truly care.
