Based on the happy hour bar menu alone, I'd only go back to try the cocktails. We had the burger and the crab and artichoke beignets. The burger was ordered medium rare and had zero pink. In addition to being overcooked, the burger is served on ciabatta which just felt weird given the ingredients. The beignets didn't have much flavor, the fries that came with the burger were good and were sadly the only part of the meal we were totally happy with. The service and atmosphere were great and it is a wonderful location. I really wish I could rate it higher. I think we will stick with Prhyme's happy hour.
This little Farm to Table restaurant reminded me of home! Each dish was served beautifully and the wait staff was very attentive and kind. Thank you for a lovely experience!
We moved to Tulsa a little over a year ago and are thoroughly enjoying the food scene here! Juniper is the first place I take all my foodie friends when they visit, as well as my family. It had food that has enough twist to excite the senses, but with enough familiarity to not scare off my parents. The drinks here are awesome (two words for ya: Holy. Roller. You're welcome for that.) and the price you pay for food isn't bad at all when you take into consideration the quality of food and service you are getting. Mimosas and the chicken salad sandwich are a favorite of mine! Love this place.
My last experience at Juniper wasn't the best but the one I just had at their Harvest wine dinner erased that from my mind.
I have been fortunate enough to eat here on business trips to the Tulsa area.
Juniper, a farm-to-table restaurant located in Tulsa, offers a varied dining experience based on multiple reviews. The menu changes have received mixed feedback, with some diners enjoying the food and drinks, while others were disappointed with the taste or service. However, the cocktails are a highlight, as well as the attentive staff and cozy atmosphere. The happy hour bar menu was particularly praised, although the main dishes received more mixed feedback. Some diners enjoyed the unique twists on familiar dishes, while others found the food lacking in flavor. Overall, Juniper seems to have a dedicated fan base who appreciate the quality of the food and service, making it a worthwhile spot to try for a farm-to-table experience in Tulsa.

What a lovely experience! I had the beef filet with haricots verts (green beans) and mashed potatoes. While I prefer a baked potato with my steak, you just can't get that at too many places anymore. However, the mashed potatoes were excellent. My husband chose the beef stroganoff, which was served a little differently than we expected. It was wide noodles with a tasty, creamy stroganoff, but the beef was a small filet sliced over the top, cooked to his specifications. Our server, Chris, was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the food and wines, and took care of our every need. We will definitely return, and highly recommend.
Amazing food. We had the 5 course meal (I had the May special and my wife had the classic). Highly recommend. Cocktails were fresh and creative. Service was wonderful. We really had a perfect date night.
The food was absolutely fantastic! We did the 5 course tasting menu. Although this style of dining is spaced out and takes time, service was very slow and spotty...otherwise, I would love to give this establishment a solid 5.
Had the beef stroganoff medium well. It was AMAZING. Flavorful tender perfect. The goat cheese pear tart one was good but the honey is a little too sweet at times. I’d return.
We had both five course meals with the wine pairings. Delicious and just the right portions. We’ll definitely return.

First off I know the restaurant next door isn’t a JTR, it’s a McNellies group. The music was loud as if they were trying to raise Jesus from the grave. Thank goodness inside Juniper’s you couldn’t hear it. Otherwise, we’d had to leave. The quality of the menu was no where near JTR’s caliber of meals. Yes, maybe we’re spoiled from the days of 764 DINE buffet quality. The area the buffet was crammed into was ridiculous maybe one person could maneuver in line. The menu was far from what was served. First serving station biscuits gravy the biscuits could have been used for Hockey pucks, that hard and not flaky or light. The gravy liquid flour some gelatinous white instant style, no flavor, no pepper. The next serving station bacon sausage, Bacon was the best item cooked crispy. However, the sausage was under cooked and still pink inside sitting in a layer of fat. Third serving station carving one attended by cook, with over cooked prime rib cut in half long ways to serve the fatty tip side. The a ham cut in half long ways and outer layer over cooked but edible inside meat. Fourth station stroganoff meatballs with little to no sauce or gravy was grainy at best nothing served like noodles or rice odd pairing with the other proteins. Finally fifth serving station vegetable medley, and fried potatoes cubes 2 of the better items well seasoned cooked. Cheese plate 2 cheeses herb cheddar Gouda Meats maybe salami but it looked like a child had eaten off the plater not much left bad presentation. Assortment of Pastry’s blueberry scones only dry but not as hard as the biscuts. They had good flavor. Salads I only saw Cesar and large bowl of graded parmigiana bowl of croutons A bowl of Mellons cantaloupe, grapes. 3 desserts All Good : chocolate chip cookies or snickerdoodle chocolate chip brownies but too large of a presentation of the cookies. Wait staff, piercings in nose lips could not hear her and slow on all aspects.
Great PAC Pre dinner! Pineapple whip ice cream was yummy.
Our dinner was delicious, martini was perfect. Liv provided exceptional service. Scalia and pork belly appetizer was amazing.
Drinks were good. Apps were good but the scallops were a bit gritty. Pork entree was good. Halibut curry was ok (fish good/sauce not). Two of us had the trout. Meh… bland and the gnocchi didn’t help. Service was very slow and uneven… our server even had someone else take our order. Nice that they brought out a piece of cheesecake for my wife’s birthday even though we passed on dessert. Our first meal at Juniper was amazing. This was our second visit… we were SO excited and brought family… was not a good night at all unfortunately.
We had a wonderful experience at Juniper. Could not have asked for better food or experience. Very accommodating. The Chilean Seabass was one of the best entrees I have had in a long time.

I dined at this restaurant in August for a celebration and had a wonderful experience. The host we interacted with was absolutely fantastic—though I didn’t catch her name, she engaged us with great conversation and was very informative. We chatted a bit about California, as she had lived there too. Our waitress was somewhat eccentric and polite, but didn’t engage much with us. I ordered the Vegetarian Tasting Menu and initially received a dish with meat, but she quickly swapped it out for me. I highly recommend the tasting menu. My partner chose the traditional tasting menu and enjoyed everything. I had the Vegetarian Tasting Menu with wine pairing. I didn’t finish the wine or the cocktails we ordered, but I did try the Jalapeño Peacharita, which had just the right kick to delight my taste buds. Before the tasting menu, we also ordered the Charcuterie Board, which was more than enough for us. I loved the fresh blackberries, crostini, cheeses, and nuts. If you're a chocolate lover, don't miss the dessert—Justin's Favorite Chocolate Pie! It features an Oreo crust topped with chocolate cool whip and ganache. It was absolutely delicious! The only disappointment for me was the pasta from the Vegetarian Tasting Menu; it was a bit too salty, possibly due to excessive pesto. However, the beautiful chunks of heirloom tomatoes in the dish helped balance it out, which may have been intentional. The restaurant was clean, and I appreciated not having to deal with pesky flies buzzing around my plate, unlike many other places during the summer. I definitely recommend dining here if you're on the fence. The staff, in general, were great. Another waitress came by to chat with us, and we enjoyed her company as well (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name either). I’m usually not very outgoing, but I love discussing culture, food, and travel! I’m thrilled that I found such a lovely place for my celebration. Thank you, Juniper!
We visited this restaurant to celebrate my beautiful friend's birthday, and it was an incredible dining experience. The establishment offers fine dining with exquisite drinks, all carefully crafted by their culinary experts. The menu is designed to change based on seasonal ingredients and market availability. Even the charcuterie board is updated regularly. And that sheep's milk cheese? Absolutely delicious! They also had my favorite—a fantastic spicy drink. I highly recommend this place!
The staff was outstanding! The charcuterie board we ordered as an appetizer was definitely worth the $25. I also stopped by for drinks, and they have some fantastic craft cocktails; the one I tried was incredible! I would highly recommend this place.
I've been to Juniper once before, and my visit tonight pleasantly exceeded expectations. The atmosphere at Juniper is crisp and bright, yet warm and unpretentious—comfortable, cozy, polite, and refined. The staff is attentive and focused on providing excellent service, ensuring a great dining experience. Our waitstaff was thoughtful and engaging throughout the evening. Our reservation was at 6 pm, and the night was truly delightful. We dined and enjoyed drinks until about 7:30. For our aperitif, we had the Age of Aquarius, an apple-infused Old Fashioned. This cocktail was superb—the apple infusion paired beautifully with whiskey, where the whiskey notes were subtle, blending harmoniously with cherry and orange zest. For the main course, we ordered the Spicy Chicken and Grilled Lamb Chops. I've been craving quality lamb for nearly two years, and these chops, cooked medium rare, were flawless down to the perfect sear marks. The meat was tender and fell apart easily, with Mediterranean flavors that hit the spot. The lamb was served on a bed of flavorful tabbouleh, accented with fat orange slices and cherry tomatoes, accompanied by a plum-like jam. Combining bites of lamb with the jam delivered exactly the satisfying taste I was hoping for. The spicy chicken came atop a bed of coconut jasmine rice, which my partner described as tasting like a cloud—a heavenly experience. Overall, Juniper provided a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable evening.
I'm truly smitten with Juniper. The food and service are outstanding beyond words! Natasha was a fantastic host with a vibrant and welcoming spirit. A definite must-visit for every food lover.

We adore all the restaurants in the Thompson Group, but Juniper is definitely my favorite. The ambiance feels reminiscent of a French café, and the food is absolutely delicious...
