WOW. Super impressed with this place. 2nd time i have been here with clients and The food is phenomenal and honestly the steaks are AAA. We ordered 2 appetizers, the bacon jam and the pork belly which both are AWESOME! We did 10 oz filets, which were Cooked to perfection (Med Rare) and you could tell they use high quality meat, they seasoned perfectly, and are some of the tops steaks I have had across the country. What Raphaelle O'Connell doesn't like about SMOKE. on Cherry Street:
The restaurant and food are pretty good. But on Friday and Saturday nights you HAVE to valet park your car when this parking lot is maybe 30 steps to the front door. We pulled in and parked because we didn't need valet, guy came up to us told us it was mandatory, we handed him our keys and walked in. Beautiful and cozy decor with attentive waiter! I had steak salat, steak was perfectly cooked with fine smokey undertones and the house made dressing was a perfect blend of sweet maple and spicy tabasco aromas. free chips and dives are addicted! The Friday Special was roasted catfish tacos, full of crispy cats with generous sides of rice and black bran.
Large portions, in any case not hungry for home. to test the fried pork belts with kartoffels and eiern. very large portions - strongly peeled and cooked too long. was not fat or heavy. the pork was so thin that he did not exist. everything needed salt. gravy was well cooked. all in all, this would not order again, but try something else. mimosas was in order. they wait friendly staff, not chatting. the atmosphere is covered.
Great atmosphere and good eating and not expensive. the ribs are to die, and I really like the service they get when they come it feels like a back year bbq
Great food, great environment. everything I ordered is fantastic. it is not super expensive, lunch is relatiw expensive. the personal was great. parking is of course always a problem in cherry street, but we all know that.
This place is amazing for brunch! Their biscuits and gravy are the best I have ever had. I love getting together with friends here on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
