Overall, the Palace restaurant received mixed reviews. Some praised the attentive service during a business luncheon and the delicious food, while others were disappointed by the lack of promptness and attention during date night. The atmosphere was generally perceived as lovely, but noise levels and inappropriate conversations from other guests detracted from the experience for some. The food quality varied, with highlights like the chicken roumalad and the black and bleu burger, but some dishes like the overcooked French toast and undercooked filet left something to be desired. However, the restaurant seemed to redeem itself for some patrons with complimentary champagne and accommodating service, leading to a memorable and delightful experience. With ups and downs in both service and food, the Palace presents itself as a hit-or-miss dining destination in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Good. Ate here for lunch on a Thursday in August. They're closed on Mondays and I find that extraordinarily annoying. I ordered the Palace Royale (the hamburger on their lunch menu). It was very good. Hamburger patty was juicy and cooked to perfection. Excellent bun. I could do without the mushrooms (they just don't belong on a hamburger). Their French fries were very tasty. My wife ordered the Reuben and really liked it. I'll have to come back in the evening and try their dinner menu. Service was very friendly and attentive. Restaurant is clean and in good repair. It's Cherry Street so parking and traffic are awful as usual.

Classy casual ambience with tall booths, friendly service, and delicious food! I got the trout and eggs (they even asked me how I like my eggs poached!),

I had not been to Palace in years, and was looking forward to checking it out again.

This was the final weekend for this restaurant, and it was an incredible experience as always. The food was fantastic, and the staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. Every dish truly delighted my taste buds. I’m sad to see it closing, but I’m grateful I had the chance to visit one last time. The chef is exceptional!

I've visited this restaurant several times over the years, but last night's experience was disappointing. The food was overly salty, and the service was terrible. The waiter returned to take our order again, even though we had already given it to him, and he didn’t bother to write it down. To make matters worse, he brought out the wrong size soup and the incorrect drink. We ended up having to go to the bar ourselves to get the right drink. It's unfortunate that our last visit was such a letdown.
