As we were staying at the hotel we decided to eat there. Very wise decision. Superb meal and wine made all the better by the surroundings and the fantasic staff.
We've just eaten here for the last two nights and absolutely loved every minute of it. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented and the menu changed each evening. The wine list was interesting and well priced. The service was, without exception, professional and charming. We could even book a table in a side room to the restaurant which allowed us to bring our very well behaved dog along with us, rather than leaving him in the room. Eating here is one of the draws which pulls us back to this lovely hotel.
We had an excellent afternoon tea at Mill End today. We have had many afternoon teas over the years... the Mill End one was probably the best.

Great stay at this lovely hotel. Very welcoming, staff are very friendly. We stayed overnight with our dog. The evening meal was delicious, as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Romantic
