I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the leader was an excellent spokesperson. He made everything interesting and easy to understand without overwhelming us. We also had a knowledgeable and friendly guide for security. I would definitely recommend this place! View all feedback.
It was a good experience to learn about the history of the ramsgate tunnel. guides were very informative and helpful. recommended for family and friends! I have more photos in the tunnel, but it is for them to see and experience!
I didn't just get into the tunnel because I wasn't aware of the entry fee. but shortly after the nice staff and the entrance there is a part of the tunnel that you can watch for free. I had fun watching with a friend I had convinced to go out. we didn't regret it. I'll see you soon.
We visited the tunnels because we had seen it on TV and we weren't disappointed. We had a guide who had used the tunnels as a child and who now shares his knowledge with visitors. Well worth a visit if you like discovering history.
Absolutely brilliant place to visitthe museum part, free, is excellent...but the tour, well worth the £8, is unbelievable...the story's bring everything to life and highlight the struggles our parents/grandparents went through....highly recommend...don't miss it
Unknown to me, Ramsgate Tunnels is a very interesting place with memorabilia from WW2 and what took place in these tunnels. I missed the guided tour but even though, i spent an enjoyable time looking at all souvenirs from this era and that place peculiarly. There is a small drinks and snacks bar area with lots of outdoor seatings, quite handy when you want to seat and relax, with a good vue of the sea. Prices start at £5 for children and £8 for adults, you can also add a guide for up to £24.50
