I can honestly say... read more I discovered the Food Truck Park only on my penultimate day in Moab and that is regrettable! Visited Panini Plus two days in a row for lunch. I can honestly say the smoked turkey panini was the finest I ever ate. Prepared freshly to order it was quiteoutstanding. Day 2 I had exactly the same! Go, whatever else you do in Moab go to the Park and enjoy a panini.

I chose a vegan panini served with pickled chili, carrots, and chips. It was incredibly tasty, and the owner was very welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by this food truck if you’re in the area!

As you can tell from the picture, the sandwich was packed! The Pinch Me smoothie was creative and refreshing! On the juice to smoothie scale,it leaned more toward juice. I would have liked it a bit thicker, but the flavor was 10/10.

We ordered a vegan panini which came with pickled chillies , carrots and chips. The panini was delicious and the owner was very friendly. Would suggest thisfood truck if you ever visit the area.
