I usually try to go to a new coffee shop each morning whil i’m on a trip to try as much as possible, but i had to come back since the food and drinks are so good and the staff is very kind and welcoming :

This was my favorite restaurant in Moab for breakfast. The Dulce de Leche breve coffee was amazing! We ordered the sunrise Panini, which was excellent too. My wife ordered a breakfast burrito that was in very filling. The restaurant had a cool simple layout and the service was really good. You could tell there were regulars in there and I can see why. I wanted to go back the next morning, but because we’re out of town, we wanted to try some different places. Next time I visit this place is on my list.
