Pasta Jay's - Moab

Pure bs! this restaurant has no vegan options. I tried to get a vegan meal, but they don't have one. I have the most Italian restaurants vegan tomato sauce. not this. they put fish sauce in their pizza/spagetti sauce. fish in their sauces.

There is really only 1 option for vegan - pasta with oil and vegetables. her marina sauce has damaging pasta in it, which she also put on her pizza.

They have a vegetarian menu that is ingenious, but it contains many flesh on it. that is strange? very few options tor vegans. the marinara sauce has fish sauce in it. Eating is quite expensive and easy ok and friendly embarrassing.

That was the only restaurant that remains open late in moab, so we ate here. we were immediately surprised. eating was surprisingly not too bad. it is pristine, not the chic gourmet italian, so they get their marinara sauce, etc. we ate the auberginenparmesan and filled manicotti. there were many vegan/vegetarian things on the menu. the service was really good. we would recommend this place.

We stopped by thanks to happy cow. We told the server we were vegan and she thankfully let us know that all pizza sauce had anchovies. This restaurant should be removed from this app. No real options besides a salad with vinegar.
