A place to go when your are hungry in Moab. The food is very well crafted, made with absolutely fresh ingredients. The salad and the Bánh mì that we ordered was delicious. The only fall down was the waitress by having lack of customer service . Cannot say the same of the rest of the staff . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Rating is for food. Service was good. I’m impressed how they deal with and manage the hordes of tourists including my party of 2). It’s a small but very popular place, so it’s cramped and frenetic inside. We were given an accurate wait time 40 minutes) and sat at the common table. I had read rave reviews of the vegan food but was disappointed. Tofu and shiitake pho $20) was underwhelming. Flavors were muted and tasted like a weak vegetable broth. No actual pho taste. It came with a ton of noodles, a decent amount of tofu, some shiitake, and a dark brown broth. Partner’s tofu banh mi was small for $16 and also had muted flavors. He said it was fine. Side salad $4) was the best part of the meal. Mulled wine $11) was tasty. There are better options in town.
