Almost everyone in our group of six had ordered them with their meals, only to be disappointed when the waitress informed us they were out. Another issue was the temperature inside the restaurant—it was freezing! I had a sweater on but still felt cold, while other members of our party had to eat in their coats. Despite these two problems, I had a nice dinner at Ruby Tuesday. I ordered the Chicken Bella, along with a garden salad, and had to settle for mac and cheese since the baked potato was no longer an option. The food was quite good, and the service was excellent.

It was a nice spot to dine, occasionally not up to par, but that happens at times. The salad bar was excellent. It's truly disappointing to see it go.

However, this place appeared... read more To start off, I like Ruby Tuesdays. I have eaten in them often and love the salad bar and the consistency you get from their food. However, this place appeared to either have had a really bad day or is poorly run. We got to the restaurant around 730 pm and it was not overly crowded at all. We were seated and after about 15 min., the waitress came by to take a drink order. She also proceeded to tell us all of the items the place was out of..i am sure a left some off, but here is what I remember. They were out of pork chops, salmon, grilled shrimp, chicken, rice, french fries and some other vegetable.. maybe broccoli... OK.... so what do you have? Onion rings was the answer. So we ordered what was available and got a salad. The salad bar was mostly stocked, just out of a few items. When all 4 of us got back from teh salad bar, we still did not have utensils or drinks. We went up to the bartender to get our utensils. After another good bit of time, the drinks came out. The food was delivered and wasnt to bad, but not what I normally have at a Ruby Tuesday. Onion rings, although in stock, were cold. I had to get up and go find the waitress to ask for refills on iced tea... when we got it- it looked like muddy water. We were over dinner at this point... but true to form, I had to go find the waitress to get our bill. My recommendation on this place 1. call to see if they have what you want in stock 2. Dont be in a hurry or thirsty. 3. Go to another Ruby Tuesday. I have never had that kind of experience before at a Ruby Tuesday before.

We’re not regulars, but we visit a few times a year—mainly for the salad bar and burgers—so we know what to expect in terms of quality. Our first visit to this location was great, and it has consistently been above average. Unfortunately, tonight was a major letdown. My daughter and I both ordered our burgers cooked medium to medium-well, with just a bit of pink. Instead, they arrived resembling hockey pucks—burnt, gray, and completely inedible. We sent them back, but by the time I got my replacement, the rest of our party had already finished their meals. The waitress informed us that they had messed up my daughter's replacement and were preparing a third one, but we never saw it. While the second burger looked much more appealing, it was completely raw when I cut into it. The meat was cold to the touch and so rare that it fell apart. Since my daughter's replacement never arrived, I decided to send mine back and requested to cancel it, as our party had been done eating for over 15 minutes. It was clear that the chefs didn’t know how to cook the burgers to the right temperature. The manager admitted that the first burgers were burnt and the second was raw. They did offer us a free dessert to take home and repeatedly mentioned comping our burgers, but since we never received an edible one, that was their only option.

The salad bar is alwa... read more This rating is because of the kitchens inability to cook to temp, and slowness of the kitchen. The staff apologizes for the kitchen a lot. The salad bar is always very good! The service in the bar area is sub par, mainly due to the bartenders staying on their phones, ignoring the 4 tables in the bar area. They have a lot of regulars that sit at the bar and they don't even have to order their drinks. We wish they had not closed all the locations in Lexington because it is a far drive to eat here in Georgetown. We will hope the kitchen gets better but we will still get there when we can....
