To start off, I like Ruby Tuesdays. I have eaten in them often and love the salad bar and the consistency you get from their food. However, this place appeared to either have had a really bad day or is poorly run. We got to the restaurant around 730 pm and it was not overly crowded at all. We were seated and after about 15 min., the waitress came by to take a drink order. She also proceeded to tell us all of the items the place was out of..i am sure a left some off, but here is what I remember. They were out of pork chops, salmon, grilled shrimp, chicken, rice, french fries and some other vegetable.. maybe broccoli... OK.... so what do you have? Onion rings was the answer. So we ordered what was available and got a salad. The salad bar was mostly stocked, just out of a few items. When all 4 of us got back from teh salad bar, we still did not have utensils or drinks. We went up to the bartender to get our utensils. After another good bit of time, the drinks came out. The food was delivered and wasnt to bad, but not what I normally have at a Ruby Tuesday. Onion rings, although in stock, were cold. I had to get up and go find the waitress to ask for refills on iced tea... when we got it- it looked like muddy water. We were over dinner at this point... but true to form, I had to go find the waitress to get our bill. My recommendation on this place 1. call to see if they have what you want in stock 2. Dont be in a hurry or thirsty. 3. Go to another Ruby Tuesday. I have never had that kind of experience before at a Ruby Tuesday before.
We have been to several Ruby Tuesday's over the years and when we saw this one we didn't hesitate to stop. Well, I'm severely disappointed. On entering we were not recognized at first, then a gentleman said he would seat us when he got done processing another customers bill. Once seated we were totally ignored for over 8 minutes, when one waitress saw me watching my watch she said she would take our drink and meal orders, and rushed us through the process. Wife had a bowl of soup and I ordered the chicken tenders and they were dropped off very quickly and the waitress rushed away before we realized she had no crackers and I had no ketchup, it took several minutes to get her attention again. On trying the tenders they were about 3/4 cooked, I didn't even try to send them back, at this point I just wanted out. Come time for additional beverages again it was a chore to gain her attention. Worst service I've personally seen in one of these stores. 6:30 p.m. on a Tuesday evening, they weren't half full! We are not from the area, but I would not recommend this location.
