Since those weren’t available, I decided to order a baked potato instead. However, when I reached the window, I was told they were out of those as well.

The... read more I just received my order and was charged for an extra sandwich that I didn't want to pay for. There’s way more food than I can eat, and it wasn't even hot. The staff really doesn’t seem to listen. This isn't the first time I've been overcharged and given more food than I wanted. They really need to pay attention, or reconsider their hiring practices. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It seems like management is completely unaware of how many mistakes occur here. They should seriously consider shutting this place down!

The only issue I have is that there has been Diet Dr. Pepper in the regular Dr. Pepper spot for quite a while now. I'm always impressed by the size of the large roast beef sandwich—it's definitely a meal in itself! My only downside is that they no longer offer potato cakes, which I really enjoyed. Thankfully, the curly fries are still available and just as tasty. The service was quick and friendly, with my food arriving hot and promptly. Prices were fair considering the generous portions, and the restaurant was clean. They truly met all my expectations for a fast food spot. I'll definitely return next time I'm craving a great roast beef sandwich.
