To make matters wors... read more The restaurant only had small cups available, and when we reached the window, we were informed that they had run out of chicken at 3:40 PM. To make matters worse, they handed us the wrong order. After that, we decided to just take whatever they had, but we ended up waiting for 30 minutes. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I'm looking forward to wasting my time and money here again!

It was the final Bojangles I visited on my way home, and I decided to grab some chicken. They let me know it would take a little longer because it was still cooking, and I was totally fine with that. The staff made me feel very welcome and even offered me a complimentary drink, which is a rare treat at most places. They really exceeded my expectations. The next time I'm in the area, I’ll definitely stop by again. Thank you for a fantastic meal!

We absolutely adore BoJangles and always make it a point to stop by whenever we travel south. Without a doubt, this was the best service we've ever had. Both the Frankfurt location and this one are fantastic! The restaurant wasn't crowded, and all the staff engaged with us, which made for a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the music added an extra touch of enjoyment! The table dedicated to fallen comrades was a heartfelt tribute to the owners. You all are incredible! God bless America!

On the other hand, the... read more Here’s a rewritten version of the restaurant review: Let's talk about the food: the chicken strips were decent but slightly overcooked. On the other hand, the biscuits were excellent. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes were a letdown—cold and pretty tasteless. As for the service, the staff were generally alright. They had run out of Boberry Biscuits, and the one I received was so hard I had to soak it in coffee just to eat it—think of it like hardtack! They were also out of regular chicken, which I can understand during lunchtime. I do appreciate that the staff apologized for the shortages. The location is great, and the building was clean, which is definitely a plus. So, the burning question: would I come back or try a different location? Yes, I would.
