The only issue is that they rarely get the order right—they almost always leave something out. Today, they were out of drumsticks and coleslaw. If the food weren’t so good, I wouldn’t keep coming back.

Sometimes the food can taste a bit stale or the biscuits may be thin and flat, but it looked like the A team was on duty today, and everyone did an excellent job!

I even worked for the company that made the signage for every location. After relocating to Georgetown, I was excited to find Bojangles here. With over twenty years of management experience, I’ve always admired how Bojangles runs its business. I would even consider managing a store myself because I truly believe there’s a strong market for Bojangles in Georgetown. I’ve recommended the Versailles location to friends, and they love it—one friend visits three times a week just for the gravy biscuits! Wishing you continued success!

To make matters wors... read more The restaurant only had small cups available, and when we reached the window, we were informed that they had run out of chicken at 3:40 PM. To make matters worse, they handed us the wrong order. After that, we decided to just take whatever they had, but we ended up waiting for 30 minutes. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I'm looking forward to wasting my time and money here again!

We absolutely adore BoJangles and always make it a point to stop by whenever we travel south. Without a doubt, this was the best service we've ever had. Both the Frankfurt location and this one are fantastic! The restaurant wasn't crowded, and all the staff engaged with us, which made for a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the music added an extra touch of enjoyment! The table dedicated to fallen comrades was a heartfelt tribute to the owners. You all are incredible! God bless America!
