Was User at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
This was my first time dining here, but it certainly won't be my last. The food was excellent, the service was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable. The steak was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth. View all feedback.
What Poco P dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
No wonder I've never been to a Ruby Tuesday. Horrible. The host was nice, even though she was eating at the hostess stand. Kasey greeted us w/o even looking at us so I wasn't sure if she was talking to us or was even our server. My grilled chicken tasted like hormones were added totally gross. My friends Crispy Mac n Cheese was good for cheese fried they got that right. The NY Strip, Onion Rings fries were ok. Kasey... View all feedback.

My friends Crispy Mac n Cheese was good for cheese fried they got that right. The NY Strip, Onion Rings fries were ok. Kasey asked if we needed anything else, I said yes hot sauce. She asked hot sauce or buffalo sauce. I said hot sauce. She never came back until I was done said she forgot. Then brings buffalo sauce lol. The hostess was still eating as we left.
I'm giving it 2 stars, primarily because the service and customer service were excellent. We’re not regulars, but we visit a few times a year—mainly for the salad bar and burgers—so we know what to expect in terms of quality. Our first visit to this location was great, and it has consistently been above average. Unfortunately, tonight was a major letdown. My daughter and I both ordered our burgers cooked medium to medium-well, with just a bit of pink. Instead, they arrived resembling hockey pucks—burnt, gray, and completely inedible. We sent them back, but by the time I got my replacement, the rest of our party had already finished their meals. The waitress informed us that they had messed up my daughter's replacement and were preparing a third one, but we never saw it. While the second burger looked much more appealing, it was completely raw when I cut into it. The meat was cold to the touch and so rare that it fell apart. Since my daughter's replacement never arrived, I decided to send mine back and requested to cancel it, as our party had been done eating for over 15 minutes. It was clear that the chefs didn’t know how to cook the burgers to the right temperature. The manager admitted that the first burgers were burnt and the second was raw. They did offer us a free dessert to take home and repeatedly mentioned comping our burgers, but since we never received an edible one, that was their only option.
How can a restaurant run out of baked potatoes on a Friday evening at 6 PM? Almost everyone in our group of six had ordered them with their meals, only to be disappointed when the waitress informed us they were out. Another issue was the temperature inside the restaurant—it was freezing! I had a sweater on but still felt cold, while other members of our party had to eat in their coats. Despite these two problems, I had a nice dinner at Ruby Tuesday. I ordered the Chicken Bella, along with a garden salad, and had to settle for mac and cheese since the baked potato was no longer an option. The food was quite good, and the service was excellent.
This rating is because of the kitchens inability to cook to temp, and slowness of the kitchen. The staff apologizes for the kitchen a lot. The salad bar is always very good! The service in the bar area is sub par, mainly due to the bartenders staying on their phones, ignoring the 4 tables in the bar area. They have a lot of regulars that sit at the bar and they don't even have to order their drinks. We wish they had not closed all the locations in Lexington because it is a far drive to eat here in Georgetown. We will hope the kitchen gets better but we will still get there when we can....
I'm sorry to report that this location has permanently closed as of Monday, February 24, 2000. It was a nice spot to dine, occasionally not up to par, but that happens at times. The salad bar was excellent. It's truly disappointing to see it go.

My husband recently started a new job in Georgetown, and last night we dined at this restaurant for the first time. We had excellent service, and the food was delectable. My husband ordered the steak, which he described as juicy and flavorful. I had the ribs, and they were cooked to perfection, literally falling off the bone! We will definitely return!
We had drove 9 hours on our way to Tennessee and decided to stop for some food.. we had the nicest server and the food was FAST and great! Recommend to anyone in the area!
Best salad bar ever! The menu items don't stand out from similar style restaurants (think O Charley's, Applebees, etc) but the salad bar makes it totally worth a visit. Not a good wine selection (beer is much better) and the mixed drinks are really weak in my experience, but....epic salad bar!
Excellent service! We ordered the baby back ribs! Great taste! Salad bar was well filled and fresh!
