Sad. just sad. they put items on our burgers that don’t even come on the burgers. keep in mind, all we ordered was two burgers. then the girl behind the counter... read more Sad. just sad. they put items on our burgers that don’t even come on the burgers. keep in mind, all we ordered was two burgers. then the girl behind the counter clearly couldn’t communicate with the kitchen cause they messed up THREE burgers after that… i’m very thankful for the 45ish year old man who was very kind, while the redhead in the back yelled “i already f—ing fixed that! it’s plain!”. (it was in fact made plain! it just… wasn’t supposed to be plain… he personally apologized, and took my receipt to the girl. clearly poor communication between the staff, a lack of care for the customers, and an overall bad experience. i should’ve saved the money and went across town. it’s cheaper, quicker, and the employees don’t seem absolutely dead inside.

The total was $16 and... read more I went to Wendy’s this evening because I love their Cobb salad. I ordered it and ask for a small fry also and a large strawberry lemonade. The total was $16 and changed I got home and there was no fry in the bag and this is what my salad looks like. Since when do you not put lettuce on your salad and rotten tomatoes. Shame on you Wendy’s for serving this to your customers. This is not ok!

Short white girl with glasses 3 times if I could have my food fresh. She totally ignored me. Seemed she had a bad attitude but I ignored it. I was trying to get the attention of the lady working the fries before my food was made to let her know that I ordered everything fresh but she ignored me and when she gave me my food the only thing fresh was the fries. Now i know this annoys people cuz I used to work fast food. But if you don't ignore people from the beginning these things wouldn't happen and food cost wouldn't go down the drain. Teach them this.
