The gentleman I mentioned in... read more Updated review: During my last visit, I had a challenging experience, but I can say that Wendy's is moving in the right direction. The gentleman I mentioned in my previous review was at the drive-thru during this visit. He was polite and attentive to my order, even taking the time to wipe off the excess soda from the cup. It was a good visit overall, and I hope this level of service continues in the future.

Situated right off the Interstate, there can sometimes be a bit of a wait depending on the time of day, but the staff works diligently to serve you as quickly as possible. They are always very polite at the drive-thru, and our food is consistently hot. We typically visit for breakfast, though we do stop by for lunch on occasion. The food is always fresh, and we've never had any complaints.

The breakfast options are superior to those at McDonald's, offering higher quality. Occasionally, they may forget to include sauces and napkins, but overall, it's a great place to eat.

Sad. just sad. they put items on our burgers that don’t even come on the burgers. keep in mind, all we ordered was two burgers. then the girl behind the counter... read more Sad. just sad. they put items on our burgers that don’t even come on the burgers. keep in mind, all we ordered was two burgers. then the girl behind the counter clearly couldn’t communicate with the kitchen cause they messed up THREE burgers after that… i’m very thankful for the 45ish year old man who was very kind, while the redhead in the back yelled “i already f—ing fixed that! it’s plain!”. (it was in fact made plain! it just… wasn’t supposed to be plain… he personally apologized, and took my receipt to the girl. clearly poor communication between the staff, a lack of care for the customers, and an overall bad experience. i should’ve saved the money and went across town. it’s cheaper, quicker, and the employees don’t seem absolutely dead inside.
