Between drinks, food and dessert it was a pretty penny, but a really nice experience if you don't eat often. P.s. they give you first the most expensive/bougie menu, ask for the bar menu when the expensive menu you feel like a strange alien who suddenly does not understand English. View all feedback.
Located inside the Grand Hyatt, we were greeted warmly and ushered to our seats. From the time our waiter Travis introduced himself the service and experience exquisite. He was informative and friendly and made awesome recommendations. The food came out absolutely delicious. From the squash salad , Pretzels bread , Lemon Thyme Chicken with lentils and butternut squash to the cherry tart with cream cheese ice. Just amazing.

The food is excellent at Gessner's. The restaurant is located in Grand Hyatt, the restaurant and the hotel are both breathtakingly beautiful. We are happy to eat after a long day of skiing in the lobby area, highly recommended!
Excellent starters, entrees, desserts and cocktail menu. Do not miss the duck, Maple Creek cocktail and meat and cheese board.
Buffet breakfast restaurant where there is a long line in the morning (8:00 a.m.) is quick tip to go after 9 a.m. after the rush. Of course, if you hurry for first lifts, then you must be earlier than that to hit the crowd. Buffet breakfast spread is repetitive and would appreciate if there was a bit of variation as we stayed at the hotel for a week and the breakfast selection was the same during the week.
