We ate at an outdoor table with a view of the creek. Service was prompt and helpful. We started with drinks and calamari. Our server made sure we knew the calamari was Mediterranean style, not deep fried. It was delicious , tender with a decent amount of spice. We had a dinner reservation for Tuesday night (9/17/24). It turned out that the reservation was not necessary. The restaurant was pretty empty. We could pick a table. Food was good. We had the chicken tortilla soup (which was a lot of chicken and not a lot of soup), the braised short ribs and the trout. We enjoyed the hazy IPA they had on draft. The price was a liitle bit though. Service was good and friendly. View all feedback.

Sat right on the river at sunset enjoying a nice Rose and great starters. Service was excellent.

Did not skip Up the Creek, best food in Vail! We’ve been coming to Vail since 2011, seriously don’t skip it.
