We had to repeatedly ask fo... read more I was disappointed with the service and food quality at Vintage. The Thanksgiving meals were not great and the options were limited. We had to repeatedly ask for refills, despite being told they would be brought. Additionally, my son found aluminum foil in his meal, which was unexpected. When we informed the manager, all we received was a simple apology. While I didn't expect a free meal for my son, a discount or complimentary dessert would have been a nice gesture to show they were truly sorry. Unfortunately, we received no compensation and were presented with a full bill. For the prices they charge, I was surprised to find odd ingredients like aluminum foil in our food. Overall, our experience at Vintage was disappointing and not worth the money we spent. Despite the positive reviews from others, our visit did not meet our expectations. With the average price per person being over $100, I would have expected higher quality service and food. Service: 2, Food: 2, Atmosphere: 5. Meal type: Dinner.

We waited 10 minutes for outside table, but it was almost an hour waiting for inside. We loved the food options and drinks that we ordered, even they have vegetarian options available. I have only complain is their food portion is less with the price we are paying, hence giving 4 stars. But the service, atmosphere and vibe is amazing. Must try for brunch if you are in Vail. Our server also did not return after we ordered until they delivered our food leaving drinks unfilled. I'm always grateful to have someone cook for me, serve me food, and clean up my mess, but for the 5 price I expect exceptional service that is the standard in vail. there's another one in 15 and there may be another one soon
