What Margot Toy doesn't like about Est.:
Nice and cosy place with dim lighting in the heart of CBD, ordered one main due short of time, main came out after minutes which was not impressive and definitely short staffed since there was only one waitress and one bartender between patrons Scotch fillet with cafe de Paris butter was average , wish the butter has stronger flavour Would like to revisit to try other food on the menu! Had our anniversary here and it was great. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. The food was delicious, especially the pork. The venue is fitted with slightly classic 90s fine dining vibe and it involves comfort and elegance. It's a shame they're closing on the 21st of December. Come here while it's still around :
Beautiful and elegant fine dining restaurant with a very relaxing atmosphere. We took the four dishes menu and it was just divine from the entree to the dessert and very well presented in the plates. The staff is friendly professional and helpful. They explain what is in the plate when they serve it. We will be back very soon .
Magnificent food, great service. Such a good dining experience! Highly recommend the oysters and the baby snapper.
Absolutely stunning food and service from the team at est. If you ever get a chance to experience the private dining room do it. Well worth the visit.
The food was delicious! I haven't been here in a while so was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the dishes. Everything was done well. The only issue was the size. Some of the main was on the small (entree) size while the Wagyu steak was on the larger size. It would be better for sharing if there was inconsistency with sizing. The staffs were nice and friendly however should be speaking clearer when advising what dish they were servicing as I didn't hear a single word. There were unnecessary candle holder ornament on the table. It appears that these might be used at night for tea candle but it doesn't need to be on the table during the lunch time dinning session. The fat chips was devine.
