They rarely have what you want. The rice was overcooked, the chicken was burnt, and the vegetables had bits of grime from the grill. I couldn’t even eat it, no matter how hard I tried. The staff is always rude. This was definitely my last visit. They won't be getting any more of my business.

If i could give 0 stars i would! from walking in, ordering, sitting down, this experience has to be the worst! all the workers looked miserable. we didn’t get g... read more If i could give 0 stars i would! from walking in, ordering, sitting down, this experience has to be the worst! all the workers looked miserable. we didn’t get greeted and just a bunch of attitude from the workers. no chips, no beverages stocked in the fridge, no small or medium cups for the fountain drinks so my husband and i were forced to get large cups. the tables were dirty. now….the food… the rice was undercooked, crunchy and hard. we took two bites and had to throw our bowls out. a waste of food, $30 and our time. definitely the worst chipotle my husband and i have been to.
