A new neighborhood bagel shop shines with crisp, chewy bagels, a standout Taylor egg-and-cheese, generous lox schmear and consistently well-cooked eggs—perfect for quick breakfasts, takeout or brunch platters. Service is fast, friendly and accurate, with good coffee and value combo deals. Expect mostly reliable, fresh fare, though customers note occasional quality lapses (notably muffins), an unreliable coffee station and the occasional overpriced breakfast sandwich.

Stopped by this new place and got a fantastic chicken cutlet sandwich on a bagel. Even the pickle rocked! Definitely stop by this place and check it out.
Delicious. Stopped by Sunday morning for an everything bagel with lox spread $5) and small coffee $2). Bagel was nicely toasted, crunchy on the outside, chewy and soft on the inside. Paired with a generous schmear of savory lox cream cheese, it wasa great way to start the day. I saw a sign for a $17.99 special for 6 bagels, 1/2 lb cream cheese and 1/4 lb lox. Seems like agood deal and I'll try that next time I host brunch.
Grateful this place opened because I was tired of driving all the way to Bagel spot on Morris Ave just to get a decent taylor egg and cheese. The bagel place on mountain ave has good bagels but miraculously doesn't have TEC, and Alan's has them but notreally good, granted it's not their specialty. Both the bagels and the TEC in this spot are excellent.
The muffins i purchased were hard and moldy. I am absolutly appaulled. Just gross and a shame they leave them out like that. Dont go here. Who knows what else they do like this
