What Morena Tunky dislikes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
They have really declined. They rarely have what you want. The rice was overcooked, the chicken was burnt, and the vegetables had bits of grime from the grill. I couldn’t even eat it, no matter how hard I tried. The staff is always rude. This was definitely my last visit. They won't be getting any more of my business. View all feedback.

This use to be the best Chipotle now its the worse. They were out of everything at 3 30 pm on Sunday. And lady couldn't speak English.

If i could give 0 stars i would! from walking in, ordering, sitting down, this experience has to be the worst! all the workers looked miserable. we didn’t get greeted and just a bunch of attitude from the workers. no chips, no beverages stocked in the fridge, no small or medium cups for the fountain drinks so my husband and i were forced to get large cups. the tables were dirty. now….the food… the rice was undercooked, crunchy and hard. we took two bites and had to throw our bowls out. a waste of food, $30 and our time. definitely the worst chipotle my husband and i have been to.

I've been considering visiting one of these restaurants after seeing countless commercials on TV. I thought it was worth trying, but after reading all the one-star reviews, I've decided to steer clear.

This restaurant has really declined since it first opened. It used to have lines out the door, but now it's often empty during peak hours, and the food has lost its appeal. Don't even consider ordering delivery through DoorDash or Uber Eats; they are likely to get your order wrong or leave something out. One of their standout dishes used to be the burritos, which were massive—almost the size of a football—yet now they are no larger than a golf ball. The quesadilla that used to be packed with meat and flavor is now dry, bland, and not even properly toasted. Overall, it seems like Chipotle is losing its edge, and it's disappointing to see them compromise quality for profit. Time to find a new place!

Once a favorite for many, this restaurant has suffered a significant downturn in quality and service. Diners report consistently rude staff, a lack of basic menu items, and unappetizing food—overcooked rice, burnt chicken, and grimy vegetables. The establishment's cleanliness is another ongoing concern, with dirty tables and overflowing trash making for an unpleasant atmosphere. Patrons note an alarming absence of attention to detail, as employees seem disengaged and unmotivated. This location's steep decline in standards has led many to vow never to return, leaving a shadow over its once-promising reputation. It appears management and staff are in urgent need of a complete overhaul.
