It resembled nothing more than a pile of paper stuck to some me... read more I was just in the mood for a simple grilled cheese, but what I got was a disappointing disaster. It resembled nothing more than a pile of paper stuck to some melted cheese. There's no way this sandwich was ever cooked on a grill or a panini press; it looked like it was simply microwaved. If they can't even manage a basic grilled cheese, I have serious doubts about everything else on the menu. I definitely won't be returning—what a letdown.

The coffee was served cold, and even though it was only half an hour before closing, they had already started to put things away. When I requested some creamer, the staff member seemed reluctant to assist me.
