This little café is a great find in the downtown section of Ste-Adele. With a fire burning in the open fireplace, the delicious café au lait/capuchino with fresh and tasty sandwiches, and the friendly warm welcome of the owner Daniela, this is the place to go for a meet up with friends, a quick lunch or late breakfast. What Elissa Howell dislikes about Cafe Citrus:
Nice little restaurant. Home made limonade is to be avoided. It is only water with a taste of citrus. Not even close to a limonade. The Sandwiches were very good. View all feedback.
I've been coming to Cafe Citrus throughout a transfer of ownership 3 times. Having lost touch with this cozy and cheerful local spot-previous owner was not my favorite, I am now coming almost everyday to enjoy the revitalization that the current owners have imparted. Back to basics, the Tibetan mother/daughter owners with deep roots in St. Adele and well established restauranteur "chops" have restored my belief that all good things are cyclical. Citrus Cafe is a testimony to that. Fresh veggie omeletes, amazing fresh brewed artisan roasted coffee as well as all your Italian favorites and attention to detail that only comes from passion and presence of the, now, rightful owners. Expect to see me, vacationers and locals (much more relevant testimonial whether a restaurant is worthy of high praise) here when you come. English, French and some Tibetan are spoken to make all mountaineers feel welcome.
The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. It was a great value for the price. They also have games for kids to enjoy.
