Restaurant Luau - Sainte-Adèle
Restaurant Luau
Description
A recent visit to a Chinese restaurant in Ste Adele provided a range of experiences for diners. Some found the food disappointing in terms of flavor and portion size, feeling it didn't live up to expectations set by other Chinese restaurants in larger cities. Others found the food to be satisfying, with notable dishes like hot and sour soup, egg rolls, and shrimp dishes being highlights of the meal. The atmosphere was noted to be intimate, with friendly service and a commitment to a Luau theme that added a unique touch. For those who prefer Chinese food without MSG, it was advised to specify this preference when ordering. Overall, the restaurant received mixed reviews but seemed to provide a decent dining experience for those looking for Chinese cuisine in the area.

I went this place few times I know this place to far West Island but it is worth to go do you want to eat real Chinese foods and fresh are the best place and service owner he is super nice and friendly thank you MR Donny
I ordered sushi platter, and compared to other times i ordered, i really got the impression that the sushi pieces where cut alot thinner, thus i got less for my money . I found my order to be extremely expensive!!!!!
The lady was polite but very busy so I had to wait 15 minutes for her to take my order. It took only 11 minutes to prepare it. I gather that everything was pre-cooked. The vegetables just demonstrated that since they were smushy a bit. The taste was ok considering it really is fast food. The place needs a thorough cleanup. It's old and dusty on the customer side. How about the kitchen???
The interior of the restaurant is the classic 1960s, which we visited the restaurant many times before, but nothing has been changed or renovated! The place looks tired and was very cold! The young server placed a room heating next to our table, but...it didn't help much. We ordered the King Pao Chicken, which was overcooked and very dry! Also the chicken of fried rice, which was best served “Lakewarm”! The costs were good, but not sure I would ever come back!
