We ate outdoors kissed by the sun, surrounded by a wonderful alpine landscape and with background of Tyrolean music. Great cuisine and friendly and friendly person. I recommend it!
Leave the car after Gasthof Waldhrue, climb for an hour and a half in the woods and after a last salty get to the hunting lodge where, in front of a wonderful panorama, you can sunbathe on comfortable deckchairs and enjoy the menu of the day: spectacular pork ribs, delicious gnocchetti , good polenta with cheese and roe and apricot strudel with cream or whipped cream . Excellent black Pinot 2016 Sandbichler by H. Lun and ginger liqueur served in a particular pipette offered by the very kind and professional owner and his wife. It was a pity to leave this wonderful place.
After a walk in Casere, we decided to stop in this place for lunch. Typical, comfortable and informal. Considered the strong affluence, they arranged us in a table with another couple but it was pleasant. Good food and adequate cost, kind and friendly staff. Recommended!! !
In my opinion one of the 3 places where you eat better in the Aurina valley. to keep in mind that you are in a malga at 1600 m, where Tommy does everything on his own. Raw materials carefully chosen (the excellent meat! , very careful presentations, traditional cuisine but expertly magazine, wines and cocktails always at the top! And who doesn't appreciate it...(as Gialappas said is a crook!
Good and good. Tyrolean cuisine. Pays. Portions are not too small. We recommend it. The way is easy to handle.
