The inn in a very strategic position, half way along the beautiful paths that lead to the head of the valley of the Aurina, and offers a magnificent outdoor terrace where to have lunch enjoying a magnificent panorama, literally surrounded by the slopes of the mountains and powerful peaks. the kitchen does not stand out particularly, but the pappardelle with game rag, a dressing in realt adjusted with various ingredients (funghi, bacon etc. were still wise and goose. inviting also the dish of eggs and speck, served on the classic iron pan, submerged perhaps a little too much from fresh chives. welcome, and really good, the homemade elder liquor. pleasant service, with very kind and friendly boys.
After a walk in Casere, we decided to stop in this place for lunch. Typical, comfortable and informal. Considered the strong affluence, they arranged us in a table with another couple but it was pleasant. Good food and adequate cost, kind and friendly staff. Recommended!! !
The inn is in a very strategic position, halfway along the beautiful routes that lead from Casere to the head of the Aurina Valley, and offers a magnificent outdoor terrace where to have lunch enjoying a magnificent panorama, literally surrounded by the slopes of the mountains and the poderous peaks. The kitchen is not particularly distinguished, but the pappardelle with game ragù, a condiment in reality "add" with various ingredients (funghi, bacon etc...), are however wise and tasty. Inviting also the dish of eggs and speck, served on the classic iron pan, submerged perhaps a little too much from fresh chives. Graded, and really good, the homemade elder liquor. Nice service, with very nice and friendly boys.
I stopped eating a slice of moor strudel. Very good, really. Quiet and easily accessible refuge. Recommended.
