In an extremely elegant environment, maitre Domenico led us by the hand through the dishes created by the chef. The pairing of wines proposed to us was excellent. The atmosphere is very welcoming, made even more charming by the presence of the typical Apulian trulli, which create a truly unique atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to detail, complemented by the skill of the Chef who guides you through the experience. The cuisine is both traditional and non-traditional, revisited with the careful eye of the Chef, who, with his skill, manages to maintain the traditional flavors. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the dishes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well and experience local cuisine with a twist.
