A full array of superb cooking skills was on display chef Francesco Laera 's cuisine finds its roots in Pugliese traditional dishes and childhood memories, and brings to a gastronomic level. Different breads were served throughout the meal, with a different ritual every time. Our daughter is coeliac she was given an excellent gluten free substitute when needed. Service was excellent knowledgeable, professional, warm and discrete. We much enjoyed eating within a trulli provides atmosphere and a little privacy within a communal dining area. Great experience warmly recommended!

Francesco (the chef came out to welcome us and to wish my mum a happy birthday a classy touch. Our waiter was also very charming. He spoke great English and was very knowledgeable about the wine and food. He made great recommendations too. We tried both the summer and classic tasting menus. The standard of food was great, with a real focus on showcasing local produce and imaginative cooking techniques. The presentation was excellent, with a high level of camp theatre. The service took several hours but felt well paced and natural (for those used to eating on the continent . Overall a great experience, with some really lovely wines we wouldn’t have tried otherwise. It was pretty reasonably priced for a tasting menu, considering the amount of extras that come along with the main dishes (bread, petit fours, palate cleansers etc . Highly recommend and worth the drive to Noci if you are in Puglia :
