Fe is the best restaurant in puglia, and one of the best among all Italian restaurants, our 4th time here. compare to restaurants with or michelin reviews, fe o... read more Fe is the best restaurant in puglia, and one of the best among all Italian restaurants, our 4th time here. compare to restaurants with or michelin reviews, fe overshadowed them all. every cure is a surprise of creative creation with impeccable technology. we had the new offer of the Primavera dishes, the salmon, thunfish, lobster and gnocchi stuffed with beautiful tasting. the threads between the plates were different types of caviar, and dried, intensely tastefully celestial. the dessert was a mango mouse that envelopes South American chocolate, beyond superlative. the competent service and the opportunity to talk to the chef about his art, make this our favourite restaurant in all italy!

Francesco Laere, the cook, is a genius, he always surprises us with beautifully presented dishes that taste as good as it looks. We've eaten at Fe' six times and have never been disappointed. It is better than any one in Italy where we were in Italy.

I'm really not string you can go wrong, which menu you choose. the little funny bouche taste from which there were several, was an additional tasty! bravo!
