Unfortunately, our visit wa... read more Dear Team, We were in Munich for the first time today and, based on your recommendation, were very much looking forward to our meal. Unfortunately, our visit was overshadowed by a poor service experience. Our waiter, Ivan, forgot our ordered appetizer. When the main course was served and we asked him about it, we only received a curt response asking if we still wanted the appetizer. There was no apology. We had the distinct impression that our food would either be thrown away or reheated for us. As a result, we forwent our appetizer – very disappointing, as we were particularly looking forward to it. After the meal, Ivan offered us a chocolate mousse, which, however, was no substitute for the forgotten appetizer. When we asked him to at least remove the fries we had ordered as an apology, he responded with a shake of the head and ignorance. When we paid the exact amount and – given the service – deliberately left no tip, he openly expressed his displeasure. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. We would have expected a friendlier and more service-oriented approach from a restaurant of your caliber.
