When we asked about it... read more We often go to Amistad, and we've always been satisfied. Unfortunately, not this time. When we arrived, the restaurant was freezing cold. When we asked about it, we were told that the heating hadn't been working for a while, but that it would eventually get warmer once more guests arrived. I don't understand why they don't just buy some radiators instead of letting the guests freeze. We should have left right then, but unfortunately, we didn't. Then it took three-quarters of an hour before the first food arrived. The prawns were okay, but the croquetas de jamón were completely oversalted and mushy. The artichoke was tasteless and overcooked. The goat's milk meatballs were mostly dough. The six oysters arrived much later, towards the end, instead of at the beginning. The salmon tartare was bland. The albondigas were completely tasteless. I'm really sorry to have to write such a bad review for a place I usually love and frequent. I don't know what happened that evening; I hope it doesn't stay like that, I actually think you guys are great. I'd be happy if it could be like that again.

The Sangria Blanca is excellent and, upon request, prepared separately for those with allergies. The tapas are absolutely delicious; we especially enjoyed the goat cheese with zucchini salad and the Manchego with quince. We look forward to returning!
