The staff were frien... read more During a summer Wine Dine break, Vettriano’s glass conservatory doors opened onto a charming, cool terrace—a perfect retreat from the heat. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. However, part of my starter was forgotten, and I had to inquire about it. For the main course, I chose salmon, which was overcooked and lacked seasoning, resulting in a bland taste. In hindsight, I should have opted for the duck, as my husband’s dish was both delicious and generously portioned. For dessert, I had the chocolate brownie, which was disappointing—thin and chewy, whereas I prefer brownies with a crisp exterior and moist, even gooey, interior. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed a wonderful break; the attentive staff, lovely setting, and excellent breakfast selection more than made up for them.

The dessert menu w... read more I visited Vettriano to celebrate a birthday and had an amazing experience. The food was superb, offering a wide variety of excellent options. The dessert menu was especially impressive—the raspberry and white chocolate roulade was truly delightful. It was hard to choose since all my favorites were there, including sticky toffee pudding and baked Alaska. The portions were generous, and I left feeling completely satisfied. The dining room was also beautifully and elegantly decorated.
