The worst meal we've had in a long time. My partner, two friends, and I visited The Squealing Pig Bar Restaurant for lunch yesterday. We ordered chicken wings and crispy honey chicken strips. The chicken wings were mostly batter with very little actual chicken—about 95% batter, 3% bone, and only 2% chicken. It was by far the worst I've ever tasted. I stopped in for some starters with my 12 year old son last night. We went down stairs to the Squeeling Pig Bar and were not disappointed. Food was excellent, service was fabulous and extremely welcoming especially to my son. Loved and would definately recommend.

We’ve been a few times for food and enjoyed it every time. There is a great selection of food on the main menu and they do a 3 course mid week special for €20 with a great selection on that also. We’ve gone for the steak on the mid week menu a few times, there a €6 supplement on the steak it is so well worth it so nicely cooked (we ordered one blue, one rare and one medium rare that all came out cooked perfectly to our request). €26 for 3 courses including the steak is really a fantastic deal! Every time we’ve been the tables are all full with people eating and drinking definitely a good sign! The service is fab, staff are efficient and super friendly. They have Whispering Angel rosé on the menu which is our favourite Summer or Winter! Great place to go for a friends or couples dinner and they have a great kids menu too! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for great quality food at a great price with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
