This place is AMAZING! A true hidden gem in Moab! After an early morning hike, we were absolutely starving when we arrived at Hidden Cuisine. The mimosas were fantastic, and the food was outstanding! Don’t hesitate—just go!
The food was excellent, and the service was exceptional, earning a solid 5-star rating for our overall experience. We went there for breakfast, and our server, Colin, was both friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the menu and made sure to check on us frequently. This restaurant is certainly one of the best in the area and provides a wonderful view!
After two days of exploring Arches National Park, we were searching for a nice breakfast place nearby. We picked this restaurant because of its outstanding reviews, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious—we loved it so much that we came back for breakfast two days in a row! The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was laid-back, and the freshly squeezed juices were remarkable. This is truly a hidden gem in the area!
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys healthy dining! They have a variety of fresh juices, which I really appreciated as a fan of morning juicing. The quinoa salad was incredibly tasty! My partner really enjoyed the cheese steak sandwich as well. Additionally, I liked that they offer steak fries instead of the usual shoestring fries. If you decide to visit, make sure to check out the pottery mugs and cups crafted by the owner—I couldn't resist buying one on my way out! This place is definitely on our must-visit list for our next trip back to Moab!
This place is so lovely, and has such a fresh and tasty menu. My only complaint is that they aren’t doing dinner right now, which means no delicious South African fare. The only excuse for not coming down here is if you don’t have a car. It’s like 5 minutes from downtown. Do it! Meal type: Brunch
