Stumbled on this one, didn't know it had been renovated and what a job they've done. The interior is modern and inviting, the staff were very friendly and eager to serve. We had the bar snack menu as we too late for the full kitchen menu. We ordered Cheseburger, Fries and Fish & Chips, they were served promptly and well presented and tasted fantastic.Makes us wonder what the full menu would be like, ill have to come back for another go one evening. The drinks were cold and fresh with a huge selection available. One thing i did notice, the drink prices aren't all that crazy, the food and drinks were both reasonably priced for an Inner city establishment. We would recommend a visit, it is a pretty good spot. The only thing we didn't do was hit the roof top bar, maybe next time.
We have eaten here 3 times in the last 2 months and I must say the service is always pretty good but the food is really underwhelming. All three times I have been the food has been pretty sloppy and executed badly with conflicting flavours. I have heard the hotel is great just wish they could bring the food up to par as it's my closest local.
I thought this was ok, but not outstanding. Good wine list and nice modern look. If you were a hotel guest it would be a convenient and ok place to eat,
It’s ok and comfortable enough for a couple of nights, but rooms need some maintenance. Carpet either stained or dirty, broken lamp, dusty in spots, Foxtel not available (they said they would fix it but either couldn’t or didn’t). Mirror in bathroom fogs up when showering couldn’t see any exhaust fan.
