Told restaurant would honour a subsequent booking.Rebooked for tonight. Email confirming voucher booking received (after prompting restaurant for 2 days)Told tonight that voucher had been redeemed. Spent 45 minutes trying to get the staff to understand the background still having all the emails available on phone. Got no where with the staff who seemed frankly incompetent.There are other places in Port as good or better. Won't be back until current owner and team have moved on.

It's great value for money.
