Arriving in the city during their open hours feels like stepping into an oasis. Some of my most enjoyable afternoons were spent savoring fresh, delicious dishes and glasses of wine while engaging in wonderful conversations. The final weekend of Trans Pecos was perfectly topped off with lunch at La Playa... excellently done!
When you arrive in the city while they're open, you step into an oasis. I've spent the most beautiful afternoons here, engaging in delightful conversations over incredibly tasty, wholesome dishes and glasses of wine. The last Trans Pecos weekend ended perfectly with lunch at La Playa... job well done!
We stopped by today and enjoyed the most incredible taco, the Big Curve. I think it will be hard to find a better spot for lunch. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re at the beach, but when you look up, the beautiful Marfa sky reminds you that you’re not near the ocean. I have a feeling that if I ever leave Marfa, I will dream about this place.
If you roll into town when they are open, pop in for an oasis. The most splendid afternoons have been spent having wonderful conversations over super yummy clean food and glasses of wine. The last Trans Pecos weekend was saved by lunches at LaPlaya...well done!
