The coffee at this restaurant is fantastic! I wish we had the chance to visit more than once. The interior and exterior design are both lovely. When we walked in, we saw that there was additional seating in the back and an outdoor area too. The coffee was served quickly and the staff member at the register was very helpful. We also purchased one of their newspapers, which was a great addition to their merchandise. View all feedback.
What Gavin Hürlimann doesn't like about The Sentinel:
Lady at the front wouldn’t speak to me even after saying good morning. Stood at the cashier desk for 10 minutes while the “barista” was bustling around doing seemingly everything she could to avoid taking my order. Don’t go View all feedback.
This restaurant is our go-to spot for morning coffee and our top choice for lunch. The vegan tacos are made with fresh ingredients and have a perfect balance of soft and crunchy textures. They are especially satisfying when enjoyed in the lovely outdoor courtyard. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service at both the counter and in the kitchen is excellent. In addition to the tasty tacos, the menu offers delicious vegetarian options including chips, salsa, guacamole, and coffee. Parking is easy with open street parking available on all sides. The restaurant also caters well to those with dietary restrictions, offering a variety of options for vegans and gluten-free diners.
At first glance, you might not realize just how well designed this restaurant is from the outside. However, once inside, you'll be impressed by the fantastic coffee, sandwiches, and overall atmosphere. They offer a great variety of art books and trinkets, as well as cozy corners to enjoy your coffee in. The outdoor seating is spacious and includes both covered and uncovered areas.
The restaurant has a very elegant architecture and ambiance with plenty of seating. Both the coffee and food are excellent. The service is top-notch. We had a lovely brunch there. The price per person is between $20 and $30. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a 5-star rating. Recommended dishes include the Posole Verde. Vegetarians may find some options to enjoy. There is ample parking available, including free street parking.
We visited this restaurant multiple times over the weekend for incredible coffee and delicious food! Our group enjoyed the chicken enchiladas, pozole, and butternut squash tacos very much!
I found a great coffee shop in Marfa that I highly recommend. The coffee and food are top-notch, and the setting is even better. The service is fantastic, with a 5-star rating for both the food and service. I highly recommend trying the breakfast tacos.
