Service is fantastic the hotel is amazing!! The drink menu is good, the Cesar salad was there bomb! (very good) the ribeye... not so much. boiled over and the potatoes immediately tasted. We'll come back and try again. Honest feedback is necessary for improvements View all feedback.

Try to understand, but really, is it hard to serve a burger warm? Or at least not to make a new one? The new burger was now well done, not medium. At least it was warm? I was too hungry to say something else. The pommes were delicious. View all feedback.
Both the pistachio chicken fried steak and tortilla crusted chicken were devoid of salt and seasoning, very formidable. One of the members of our party let us try a morsel of their Giant Burger which may be the best burger any of had ever tried even after finishing our plates. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
The service was slow. Every one in our group (two tables worth) complained about the lack of flavor in the food. The chips left our hands coated in grease. I’ve never experienced that before. Fries were undercooked and greasy. Every person that ordered the chicken fried steak complained that it had no flavor and the sides were cold. They desperately need a light dimmer during dinner service. The lighting was so bright and sterile throughout the dining area that it made the poor dining experience that much more visible. I’m really not sure if this is Hotel Paisano’s call on who operates their restaurant or not, but it desperately needs an overhaul if it’s going to reside in a historic hotel and in a town with plenty of other solid food options.

Only had less than half of the items on the menu available. Service was less than decent. We left went to Margaret's. DELICIOUS! And GREAT service!! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
