This is the spot. Go here. If you're trying to decide between Stellina and another spot in Marfa for dinner I urge you to choose Stellina. We had the most amazing dinner here pre-covid lockdowns. The atmosphere was fun and lively. The food was so good we couldn't stop ourselves even after we were full. We shared a few bottles of wine and really loved the experience. We left in one of those happy food coma dazes. Since they don't take reservations, we put our name in and when they mentioned the wait time we knew we had some time to run over to Al Campo wine garden for a pre-dinner drink. I can't wait to return one day.

Whether you sit at a table or the bar, you're gonna have a great meal, great service, and the best conversation in town. I always refer visitors because it's the most authentic local dinning experience in Marfa. Hopefully you'll get Mary or Genevieve as your server. The only thing is, I still don't know what style to call it. Delicious, maybe?
