Do Your Thing Coffee - Marfa

I tried to go twice to this place, once on the way to big bend and back on the way back. both of them have closed more than 30 minutes early. Monday it was almost an hour early. I understand that it is a small town, but please update her hours so that I can actually plan better to eat and experience her coffee. I couldn't try.

Staff is Really friendly! (I think she might be the owner?! It’s a one woman show and she does a great job! Coffee is really good and her niche is toasts which are so delicious worth the wait! Support them locally by buying their merchandise! Must try!

If I hadn't just filled my face with a marfa burrito, I would have ordered a toast to go with my super tasty honeymoon latte. there was a little waiting, but I am a firm believer that all good things come from waiting, and this latte was one of them. very friendly staff, cute little location, and good coffee. if they like spicy eating, they take a bottle of chili crunch to bring home omg, it is perfect with knödeln and over rührei.

Came to marfa for a birthday trip and absolutely loved this place. the coffee was from this world and the toast was just as good in the two days we went. the only part of marfa was that this was one of 2 places that was actually opened for the breakfast, which meant that it was pretty crazy both morning. all baristas were super friendly and professional through the crazyness. 10/10 recommended.
