If... read more Delicious BBQ and great service! We went during the spring break, and the food was great. The brisket was really good, and the whole beef-peaceurst was kind. If you like Pickles, ask for the additional page order... The pickles are here! Convenience West is listed in Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ list and lives until ranking. Definitely plan to stop here when you visit West Texas/Marfa. I think it's only open Friday and Saturday evenings! There is no indoor food, you will park in the line, order food on the front. Picnic tables are out! The BBQ was worth waiting!

Fast pick up for order ahead option. Adjacent seating at picnic tables after 5pm. 4-5pm you can get to go orders if you order days ahead which we did. Super kind server works there to. She rocks! Frito pie sausage is dope! Get that for something different. The house bbq sauce is also very good!

You know as soon as you roll up that they are not playing. Line of people outside. A grill big enough to sleep 2. The menu written in Sharpie on some butcher paper. I ordered the rib torta and the reaction from the lady at the register was hell yeah! You 're gonna love that one. And she was right. The sandwich plus a side of cajun red beans were more than even a seasoned eater like myself could put away in one attempt, but damn if I didn 't try. I hated the idea of any of this excellent meal going to waste. Barbecue places can be really hit or miss. I 've been to restaurants that traffic in dry meat you 're expected to soak in sauce to make it palatable. This is not one of those spots. Their meats, their entrees, and their sides are all absolutely killer. I 'm honestly looking forward to coming back.
