read moreTucked away in Kaneohe, Saigon Noodle House is a family-run eatery garnering mixed reviews. Diners rave about its extensive vegan and vegetarian options, including tofu dishes and flavorful vermicelli noodles, while others find inconsistencies in quality, such as spring rolls lacking freshness. Despite its humble, take-out only setting, the food—ranging from pho with tender beef to delectable egg rolls—receives frequent praise. The charming owners contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, making it a favorite for many locals. With its bustling popularity and comforting tastes reminiscent of home-cooked meals, it’s a must-visit for Vietnamese food enthusiasts.
