Waited for 15 minutes to get food through drive through, they brought food had to wait another 5 minutes then got cold food, fries where half way done and have drinks with no straws. View all feedback.

It was good besides the fries was upside down so when I got the food it was spilled in the bag
I go to this Arby's often and it's always great. The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh and fast.
