They flagged me down to the pick up window to place my o... read more Visited this location 11/14 before work(around 7am). There was a team of workers inside but no cashier. They flagged me down to the pick up window to place my order(because they couldn 't work the speaker) then they asked *me* how much my meal "normally "costs. After about 5 minutes, they 'd fixed my food and came to the window (food in hand) and repeated my price back to me. Ipulled out my debit card and because she didn 't know how to work the register, she refused my card and kept the food. But evenif I had cash, how would they provide change? It 's sad that noone is cross-trained to be able to keep things flowing in casesomeone(in this instance the cashier) doesn 't show. And also, where is/was the manager!!??? Very disappointed in my experiencethis morning and I 'm also still hungry.

What I got was a dried up, over cooked double stack.The cheese wasn?t melted, so there is no way it was cook cookedfresh. This is every time we go to this location(1240 state Street), there is always a problem with the food being old. This isunacceptable! I will not return until there is new management and staff! SMH!

Food was good and everything was gotten to me in a timely manner I just hate with how much I spended Wendy's and I go to Wendy's 2 to 3 times a week for my kids... read more Food was good and everything was gotten to me in a timely manner I just hate with how much I spended Wendy's and I go to Wendy's 2 to 3 times a week for my kids that I don't get credit for the purchases that I make and I'm making 30 to 40 dollars inpurchases in a week. The scanners at drive-thru are never working at any of the places or that's just what they're telling meand they do not have a program like Chick-fil-A where you can go in and add your receipt and get credit for it online. I likethe company but I'm about to have to make a switch because with the money I spend I would like to get something for it and thisis a travesty and I don't see any other solution and they don't seem to care

Over... read more Everything appeared to be in good shape. The front counter and the beverage area were clean, and the women's bathroom was in order, as reported by my wife. Overall, it was a pleasant visit with the food quality meeting the expectations we have for a fast food restaurant. In that sense, it was a positive experience. No issues to report here—four stars for you, Miss Wendy!
