The service was good and the staff was friendly but the food is simply bad. I would never give a high frie for Wendy's.

Her warmth and professionalism make my staff and me frequent visitors for lunch and breakfast.

Visited this location 11/14 before work(around 7am). There was a team of workers inside but no cashier. They flagged me down to the pick up window to place my o... read more Visited this location 11/14 before work(around 7am). There was a team of workers inside but no cashier. They flagged me down to the pick up window to place my order(because they couldn 't work the speaker) then they asked *me* how much my meal "normally "costs. After about 5 minutes, they 'd fixed my food and came to the window (food in hand) and repeated my price back to me. Ipulled out my debit card and because she didn 't know how to work the register, she refused my card and kept the food. But evenif I had cash, how would they provide change? It 's sad that noone is cross-trained to be able to keep things flowing in casesomeone(in this instance the cashier) doesn 't show. And also, where is/was the manager!!??? Very disappointed in my experiencethis morning and I 'm also still hungry.

What I got was a dried up, over cooked double stack.The cheese wasn?t melted, so there is no way it was cook cookedfresh. This is every time we go to this location(1240 state Street), there is always a problem with the food being old. This isunacceptable! I will not return until there is new management and staff! SMH!
