Was richey orman at Lou's Full-Serv a mag?
My wife was searching on Google for a dinner spot while we were visiting town and stumbled upon Lou's. We decided to try it out and we are so glad we did! The food was fantastic, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend checking out Lou's for delicious food and drinks if you are in the area. View all feedback.

What Quentin Jones dislikes about Lou's Full-Serv:
Decor and ambiance suggest you’d enjoy a quality meal here, but it’s l just another style over substance Belhaven experience. Shrimp appetizer was simple/good, but the $30 main was horrible: crunchy risotto, slimy spinach, and dry chicken. Trash ️ I would have sent it back, but I was with someone who had recommended the restaurant. Nor should I have had to. It was a collective embarrassment for FOH/BOH to let it pass... I went to this restaurant for dinner the other night and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about the menu. We tried the Comeback Wedge salad, the Teres Major steak, and the Redfish #2, and all three dishes were excellent! Whether you're looking for a special evening out or just craving delicious food, this restaurant is a great choice. I give it five stars and will definitely be returning soon. There is plenty of parking available, but it fills up quickly.

There are excellent lunch plate choices available every day! The staff was attentive, making sure our drinks were always refilled. There is a wide range of food options at reasonable prices, with generous portions that can be taken home for leftovers.

Your fair isn’t forth the price point. Do better. Also, don’t stack chairs when you’re open another hour on a Friday night. You’re restaurant is too small to close a section without guest feeling pushed out the door just as their food has dropped. Again, do better.

Lou's is just what Jackson's dining scene was missing. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere is exactly what you want in a restaurant. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend trying the brisket toast, crawfish grits, and s'mores cheesecake. The brisket was piled high on perfectly toasted bread, and the grits were creamy and flavorful, with succulent crawfish in every bite. The s'mores cheesecake was absolutely divine, with a smooth texture and a delicious chocolate graham cracker crust topped with toasted marshmallows. Honestly, it's probably the best cheesecake I've ever had!
