The waiter came and took our order. Started with the Scotch eggs, and let me tell you, it was good! It was not overcooked, and the flavor was spot on. We had the fish and chips. Fish was light, and the batter was crispy. The chips could be a little better. Our waiter did a great job taking care of us. If you have not been here, try it. The atmosphere is laid back and feels of old Jackson days! We will be back, and they are open late, which you don't see very much of around here!!

Mississippi Reuben w... read more Great experience ordering take out on my overnight in Jackson. Food was reasonably priced and was ready in the exact quoted amount of time. Mississippi Reuben was delicious, but didn?t taste the ?Mississippi? part. Mac n cheese was gooey andcheesy. Bangkok burger was delicious (minor improvement would be if the cilantro was chopped). Guinness BBQ burger was alsodelicious and messy. Brussel sprouts were tasty. When I went inside to pick up my order, the inside was better looking than theoutside would have indicated and staff were friendly.

We sat on the far side of the bar and had to walk over to the other side to get service every single time. If they didn 't want toserve the far side they should shut it down. Almost never seen a bartender not want to make money. I guess this is Jackson?
